Bukarest, September 2014: ILOGS won the AAL Award 2014 for its research project Confidence

In cooperation with renowned research partners from Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and Romania the research project Confidence has been awarded at the AAL Forum 2014 as the best european AAL Project.

More and more people suffer from dementia. Patients who are affected of the disease are challenging with their every day life and it is very difficult for them and their relatives.

Since 2012 ilogs mobile software GmbH and its international research partners  - Raiffeisenlandesbank Kärnten, Salzburg Research, Hilfswerk Salzburg, Swisscom Participations, the iHomeLab of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts or the  Dementa Scientists of the Ana Aslan International Foundation – are working on an assistance system to support patients to stay longer mobile and active.
The AAL Award has been awarded to the most promising project. The criteria for winning the award are based in areas like innovation, orientation towards people, and market potential.
